By booking a service with Guga Home Appliance Services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service bookings

• Bookings are confirmed via call or WhatsApp after submission.
• Service availability depends on technician schedule and your area.
• Customer must be present at the address during the visit window.

Charges

• Pricing shown is starting from. Final cost depends on parts and complexity.
• Estimate is shared before any repair work begins.
• Payment is collected after service completion.

Warranty

Repairs come with a 30-day service warranty on the specific issue fixed. Spare parts carry manufacturer warranty.

Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage caused by mishandling outside of the repair scope.
