Cancellations

• You may cancel a booking free of charge before a technician is dispatched.
• Cancellations after the technician has arrived may attract a visit charge.

Refunds

• Advance payments for parts are refundable if the part has not been ordered.
• Service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed.
• If the issue recurs within 30 days, we offer a free re-service under warranty.
